About Penny Lane

Penny Lane Entertainment was established in 2018 by ITV’s former award-winning Creative Director, Lee Connolly. During Lee’s 20 years at ITV, he produced, and executive produced over 50 event specials across music, comedy and entertainment as well as many peak entertainment series and one-off documentaries.

Penny Lane has continued in this vein and has delivered large scale events and TV specials including the BAFTA Film Awards and BAFTA Television Awards for the BBC, Dr Seuss’ The Grinch Musical Live for NBC, Tom Parker’s Inside My Head Concert at the Royal Albert Hall for Channel 4, and HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration for ITV. Coupled with returning factual entertainment series like Love Your Weekend, now on its 6th series for ITV, as well as several one-off documentaries.
